Design

Freedom Audio Visual turns event concepts into practical, technically achievable production designs. Our team uses floor plans, renderings and production-design tools to help planners visualize stage layouts, scenic elements, screens, lighting and audience flow before arriving onsite.

We collaborate with clients, venues and partner vendors to ensure every design supports the program, brand and guest experience. From executive meetings and conferences to galas and live productions, our process balances creativity with budget, safety and technical requirements.
